How do I apply power (12VDC) to the 3-pin connector? The wires are brown, black and gray.

Dennis Koca, the fan is PWM controlled so that the grey wire is used to control the fan speed. The voltage to the brown wire should always be at 12v (+) and Black wire is the ground (-).
