Under the General Category of the Settings Tab on the iPhone 4, I see that the Model is listed as MC318LL/A. Will this model number support the repair kit purported to work with the GSM/CDMA model? I need a black back unit and a front screen.

look on the back at the bottom. Find the letter/number combination, eg. A1349, A1387, etc. Look it up in a search engine
