Make sure you push the charger in all the way. You may have to use a bit of force the first time to get it in all the way.
You should hear and feel a little click when the charger seats correctly. If you are using a replacement charger you’re likely to have this problem over and over. Suggest you find a real Samsung charger for your tablet. They fit and secure far better.
