Windows recognizes my LS 40 Ed scanner, but says that there is no driver. Nikon scan 3.1 or 4 does not recognize that a scanner is present, and won’t install a new driver. How do I get a driver into the scanner?

Hi @ Paul Hollins, According to this link you may have to purchase 3rd party software to use your scanner. As @johnfpolarbear showed above this is the appropriate software and here is the download link for it. It mentions a trial use so somewhere along the way you’ll have to pay for it.
