I cant get rid of dead andrid on my tv, ive reboted, factory reset. And nothing plz help.

Hi Laila, You might try contacting Hisense support and asking if they could send you a copy of and the instructions on how to reflash the firmware for your TV when in your situation. Apparently the firmware is upgradeable. I cannot find any firmware (software) or instructions on how to load when the TV is in your situation. There are instructions on how to update when the TV is working properly but not if it is not, but then there is no firmware publicy available anyway. Hisense have it.
