My NID-7012 has a virus that has me locked out where I cannot access tools or even factory reset.

I have no volume buttons up and down on the side of my tablet, every thing is on the touch screen. The only buttons I have is the power button and reset button. Is there any way to get passed the virus by hooking my tablet to my computer and doing it that way .
