I updated my 7 Plus to iOS 13.2.3 and now I can’t get past the Hello screen. I don’t have a working home button right now, and I used AssistiveTouch but it doesn’t appear on the Hello screen. I tried rebooting the device but still getting the Hello screen. I also tried using a Mac to get into accessibility settings but I keep getting the ”iPhone could not be activated, operation timed out” error in iTunes. What do I do?

Turn off the iPhone with power button + slider, do not reboot it. Turn on again with power button and you should be able to use touch and go through settings without the need to press power button.
