Chosen Solution
My iPad is stuck in a connect to iTunes loop. It has a error code 28. I have search the web for a week and cannot find a solution that works. I have even tried to jailbreak it and it still will not bring it out of the loop. Need some professional advice if you would please help. Thanks Rawpitbull
what had been done to it previously? its either a software lockout, done by the OS or an iCloud account if you are running iOS7 or later, or its a hardware fault… it depends on what the symptoms were beforehand though
