On my HUAWEI RAVEN LTE H892L Mobile phone my internal speaker when playing music or when it rings it comes out all crackling and sounds really bad. So how do I get a replacement internal speaker I’ve tried the HUAWEI company that makes the phone and amazon as well and no luck with any of them .

try downloading an app that improves sound quality. An equalizer may fix the crackling sound or try adjusting the volume. This phone has different settings depending on what you are using - internal speakers, blue tooth speakers, headsets, etc…
