My iPad doesn’t charge. It’s never had a problem like this before. What happens is when I charge it, it will turn on at 2% and then die a few seconds later. What’s wrong with it and how can I fix the problem?
@meg753 check to make sure that your cable is okay and try a different charger or verify that the charger works properly by charging a different device. If so check the lightning port and make sure that there is no debris etc. in it. After that you do want to consider a new battery.
