I brought my friend over to help me sort out with this game because it was freezing every time I go on it and he put a pice of paper in it and now I can’t get it out
Hi @tombaker , Here’s a link to the ifixit Xbox One Optical Drive Replacement guide. Once you have removed the ODD you should be able to carefully open the ODD case and remove the piece of paper and then re-assemble it again.
You could try vacuum.. Should pick up a piece of paper.
um disasemble the system i dont know the peice of paper must be in the disc drive
get a disc and put a double piece of tape on the disc and put the disc in about half way then pull it out and the paper should come out
