Help me, this isn’t good
Knowing what were dealing with would help but I’m going to take a guess. This is the frame bezel for a tablet or phone this is the connector cable for the volume button and possible the power button as well . Depending on what kind of device it is I would suggest the only fix is to replace the cable . it probably comes as a unit with the frame . If you can let use know what were dealing with we can be more helpful
