@sukhmandeep sorry but you cannot repair it. It will require a new LCD display since the one in your TV is obviously broken. You will need to remove the back from your TV and take a look a t the label attached to the panel. Get the model number from there and do an online search to see if a panel is available and it may cost you more than a new TV.
