JokingChris 101 looks like a failed TAB binding on the LCD panel. You can try and open the monitor and see if you can apply pressure on the ribbon cable that goes from the LCD driver boards to the actual LCD panel. If that lines changes you know it is the TAB that has failed. Always make sure that all ribbon cables are properly seated and that there is no corrosion inside the connectors.
