listen i have not played my ps4 in over a year because of this problem i tried putting it in safe mode but that did not work it was not displaying at all and so I tried switching tvs. and that was not the problem i even tried switching Hdmi cables that did not work. I look on Youtube how to fix it that did not work ether please tell me what is the problem so i won’t waste money on it. man its been hard. but i think its time for an upgrade don’t u think.
If you have tried everything else it could be that the HDMI port itself is bad and would need replacing. That would mean removing the existing one and soldering a new one on the mother board
