sense home won’t work and this message keeps appearing “unfortunately, the process com.google.process.gapps has stopped.” and it won’t charge properly.
- I would recommend backing up your phone using HTC Sync (Not exactly sure what the backup program is called) on computer.
- Getting the charging port cleaned if there are no signs of physical damage, worn out plastic, pins bent. I usually use pointed tweezers to clean out dust / gunk inside it.
- You may need to replace the charger port if cleaning does not help.
- Also I recommend doing a factory reset and updating the phone system software to see if it stops the google apps from crashing.
