I turn on my Xbox One S, it makes some weird clicks and some beeps, then turns on for about 30-40 seconds. In this duration of time it sends no signal to the tv. Then it powers off, how should I fix this? I tried to use a blow dryer, I unplugged it, tried a different outlet, and held power button for 5 seconds to completely turn off while the Xbox was on.
It ended up not being too much of a problem. I just left my Xbox unplugged and didn’t touch it for about an hour and tried, the problem apparently fixed itself. Some advice I can give to other people with problems is to try something like this first bc sometimes you don’t have to stress yourself. Or maybe I just got lucky I don’t really know.
Sounds to me like a failing hard drive. Unfortunately, Microsoft are the only ones capable of replacing the hard drive because of their proprietary software.
