I dropped my phone about 6 months ago and the screen turned blue. After a few shakes it went back to normal.From then until now, when I turn it on it is green until I shake or tap it on something. It is taking longer and longer to go back to normal. Does anyone know what the problem might be or how to fix it?
Cynthia Miller, this could be a loose connection on the LCD as well as the connector. I would suggest to disassemble the phone and to take a look at the connectors, cables, and components of the logic board. If they look okay, replace the display. this video should help in getting into your phone.
