Hi I have a Kenmore elite washing machine. It was free and used when I received it and the serial number sticker is gone I linked a picture of the appliance. Please help it seems like the drive gears are grinding. Like the couplers are broken. I just need the model number so I can order parts. Or if you could link a part number that would be awesome.
Check the back of the washer’s control panel, the upper left-hand corner of the back of the washer or the lower left-hand corner on the front of the washer. The model number might also be on a sticker under the lid or on the inside right back corner – open the lid to check this location.

Hi don’t know if you got your answer but the umber is 1105962401. I have the same one and can’t figure out how to remove the shell so I can see where it is leaking. Any clue?
