My screen cracked and now my phone won’t turn on, iTunes won’t recognise it, and no pop-up comes up when I plug my phone in to the computer. The phone just makes a recognition noise repeatedly and keeps vibrating. I just want to clear my data before I send it for replacement. Can anyone help please?
If you can get it into recovery mode you can do it from there https://support.apple.com/en-ca/HT201263 if you can’t you can try holding the the power button and the home button until the phone powers on you may have to hold it a long time it will do a factory reset and wipe it clean but if it doesn’t start its probably done
