Okay guys, like the question title states. I’ve got an Asus G750 with a matte finish. Rubbing alcohol and a microfiber aren’t getting the job done anymore. My question is, can I use matte finish cleaners on my laptop to get rid of greasey finger prints. And will it help reduce scratches? *I already searched and found that you can NOT use automitve waxes on matte finishes. Thanks!

Chelsey Cain, any car wash soap(not containing wax) mixed appropriately, should work on cleaning a Matt finish on outer case, dampen a soft cloth and give it a try. Just a thought, you could also give your laptop a new look with a wrap perhaps. See the link below, you can also do a search for a lot more variations. Good luck.
