I need to change the message on the voicemail. How do I do this?
Hi @momentum1 , Do you mean the voicemail message or the phone’s answer machine message (if the phone has an answer machine feature)? The voicemail message can be changed by going to your phone service provider’s website and searching for “how to setup voicemail" as the voicemail service is provided and controlled by them. The user of the voicemail service has to dial phone service provider specific code numbers from the phone (and can also dial them from another phone service when it is setup) to access and alter the various voicemail features, which includes the greeting message. If you have a Uniden DECT 6.0 D1760-2, it has no answer machine feature so if this is what you mean what is the model number of the phone?
