The vacuum works but the brush head does not turn. Also, the buttons to control the brush height do not work either.
i have a dyson animal.. the older version of this vacuum…. when you turn it over there should be several “screws” that you undo with a coin, this will remove the cover over the brush heads. Ours frequently gets clogged with long strands of hair and string etc, this may be stopping the brush from turning. take a look at this http://www.dyson.com/support/help.asp?ar…
