Dear sir, I am using HTC Verizon, since I have installed the new Verizon update, it’s has changed my settings. Every time I make a call it’s automatically add the extension +10.. yet I am in Uganda and our extension is +256 . i have tried to reset my phone still the problem is not fixed. I will appreciate if I can receive any help from you. Kinds regards, FREDDY.
Hi, Not certain if this setting is in your phone but check the following. Open the Phone app, then tap Settings and see if there is an option for Auto Area Code. If there is tap to enter then insert the correct code for your location. Here are some images that may help you.
