Hi Brandi, I think this was what you intended to ask, correct me if I’m wrong: My boyfriend has a tablet and when he turns it on stays on the one screen that shows the table is turning on ( the home screen? or maybe the boot-up screen? ), but it never changes. If your tablet is stuck on the boot-up screen, try these few tricks to get it working again: Are you sure the tablet is fully charged? Try turning the tablet on while it is plugged in to a working outlet. You may want to wait to turn it on to give it time to fully charge.If you know the device is charged, but still doesn’t start, consider doing a hard reset to restore the device. If your device turns on, but doesn’t load properly use the directions at this link. If your device stops responding entirely, follow the directions at this link.
