I have a 15” MacBook Pro, Mid 2009, 2.53 GHz Intel Core 2 Duo with 4 GB memory. I would like to keep it happy and working like it always has. Can’t seem to find the model number on iFixit.
Take it to 8GB of RAM use two 4 GB sticks RAM Type:PC3-8500 DDR3Min. RAM Speed:1066 MHz Details:Supports 1066 MHz PC3-8500 DDR3 SDRAM. Upgrade with a backward compatible Samsung 860 EVO SSD drive. Take system to 10.11 El Captain
