I bought an passcode word locked iPhone 5S on eBay, and I want to unlock it without restoring. I am trying to contact the seller who said he originally owned the device, but no response yet. I can’t access Siri because the SIM card has no service on it, and I can’t connect to WiFi. Please help, I attached a pic.
Only the passcode will unlock the device. If the original owner doesn’t get back to you, you’re only option is to restore the device. If, in addition, the iPhone is iCloud locked, then there is nothing you can do to make this device “yours”.
