Chosen Solution
A device came across my desk with hot glue under the keys. My guess is that the user had attempted to replace the keys that had fallen off. How can I safely remove hot glue without damaging the key switches? I’m using 91% Rubbing Alcohol but I’m having little success.

Hi This is a hard one but if you are careful,I have had success removing hot glue from delicate things using a soldering iron but you have to be really careful Hopefully this helps Thanks:-)
