Solved How Can I Repair Or Avoid Screen Ghosting On New 27 Imac Imac

After working on my iMac 27" (late 2012) for a while, screen ghosting appears. The ghost images take approx 15 minutes to fade. Is this defective hardware that needs to be replaced or repaired?

I’d take it back to Apple for a warranty repair. I’d also make sure to extend the warranty and buy AppleCare. The 27" screens are very expensive to replace.
