my iphone 7 cant restore it gives me error 56 pls help
Error 56 usually occurs when attempting to update with faulty/glitchy hardware. You’ll need to use DFU mode to restore the phone. A few solutions have been thrown around in the following question: What is (unknown error 56) iPhone 6 More info on DFU mode
Brand new? I would go back to apple to get it replaced.
Try taking out the sim card and restoring it in DFU mode if possible. Use 3UTools to restore your iPhone instead of iTunes.
