I can’t print via bluetooth
Your printer has the wireless option which is WiFi not Bluetooth. First you need to set it up and enable WiFi services. Using a PC or Mac connected via USB or Ethernet cable. Using the software that came with your printer to setup your PC or Mac so you can print from your system. Once you have this working you can move forward getting your WiFi wireless services going. Press the wireless button on the printer to enable WPS services so your MacBook air can now see the printer discovered. You then need to enable the connection using the WPS PIN which is displayed on the printers display.
