dvd try wont open makes rattling sound. need to tear down so i can see whats the problem.
Try this per your manual Turn off the device.Disconnect the Acoustimass module power cord from the electrical source. Wait 60 seconds. Plug the cord back into to its power supply.Hold down the “Eject” button. the only other way is to disassemble your Bose to get to the DVD drive. There is no manual opening option.
if its on a computer you can open it with a paper clip
