Hi @kidtechnerd , Open the console and try gently pushing the SIM card out from the SD card reader. Here’s the Ifixit Nintendo Switch Micro SD Card Reader Replacement guide that shows how to access the card reader. If the reader is damaged by trying this, Ifixit has replacement card readers available.
