Hi Friends, I wanted to learn how I can repair FPC connector by myself. So I bought all the parts and right now I just succeed to remove the connector. But when I look on youtube video I don’t have the same result, I think I did something wrong … See pics below How can I fix this ?

It’s hard to say based on this picture. If you could zoom in and have a steady hand holding the camera, we could see more detail. It looks like you may have accidentally removed a few pads and that some of them still have excess solder. You could use desoldering braid to clean up the pads but the iphone logic boards are very thin and excessive braiding (and heat) can cause the pads to lift so you have to proceed with caution if you decide to this. I personally prefer to use a concave tip and let it suck up as much solder as possible (and as quickly as possible) and leave it at that. The trick with these logic boards is to only apply as much heat as you need and nothing more. Keep practicing!
