Chosen Solution
The Black hinge cover is damaged and when i touch my screen to move it to a different position it wobbles back to the original. It is not under warranty and I’m looking to do it myself if possible.
Go through this guide and look especially at step #13. MacBook Pro 13" Unibody Mid 2012 Display Replacement There are 3 screws on each hinge that you need to check and possibly tighten.
