When I start up my laptop the samsung logo comes up and after a few seconds goes to a black screen and a few seconds later it goes back to the logo and it keeps repeating this forever. I have tried many of the common BIOS keys and none of them brought up anything.
Take out battery: Samsung NP300E5C Battery Replacement Try resetting BIOS: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UXDZXDif… I would ignore the desoldering part and just remove the CMOS “coin” battery, to the right ,top of video before where he does the desoldering. Hi @gcb140 My bet is your Hard Drive is having problems. You can try to reinstall windows using a recovery disk but if it continues to fail, you may need to replace the Hard Drive.
