My phone cant get its apps updated or able to download more apps due to low internal space of 8 gigs most of my files i store in my external sd card. How can i get its internal space or memory expanded? I will appreciate a good feedback thanks. Alex
Hi, You can’t increase the internal storage, as it is a fixed amount, permanently mounted to the systemboard. You can only create re-usable internal storage space by removing some of your data files, downloaded programs etc that are already there You can however increase the external storage capacity though. What is the capacity of the micro SD card that is inserted? According to this the phone supports up to 256GB of external storage on a micro SD card Increasing the external storage might be the only option available.
