I place my laptop on a laptop stand when using it. After several hours of use, the upper right corner over keyboard next to adapter input slot becomes very hot. It sounds as though the fan is on. When I attempt to type, the characters drag behind (slow to populate). I turn the computer off for a few minutes and turn it back on and no problem. Again after several hours of use, the same symptoms present themselves.
