We bought a brand new Samsung 65 in tv 3 days ago. Set up was easy, but it stopped connecting to the WiFi and all of a sudden horizontal lines appeared on the tv. Can’t get them to go away. Hi @stephmangrum , ‘Vertical’ bars (as per your picture) are usually caused by a faulty TCON board or possibly the mainboard. Since it is only 3 days old contact the retailer about a replacement and if they won’t help, consult the warranty statement that came with the TV as to what to do to make a claim for a manufacturer’s warranty replacement.
