Hi, i have a KD 55S8500D Sony Bravia and i have these horizontal lines that appear at the bottom of the screen, they are very disturbing Some other info: Tried full reset, restart, changed picture mode, didnt work The lines seem to follow the colour of the image above it, if this is the picture it may look like this ABC
The lines only appear when pictures appear here are some photos (hope its added i cant see the pictures at mobile)

these ribbons? so far i only pushed these 2 ribbons, didnt had any noticable effects
@seafury horizotal lines like this are most commonly caused by a bad panel (failed gate drivers on the LED driver board). Check to see if you have thin ribbon cables entering the side of your TV (those come from the driver board and enter the LCD screen. Those are bonded to the panel. Apply some pressure on the ribbon cables that corresponds to the area where the line is. If those lines disappear, it is possibly a failed bond. Those are hard to fix permanently without the proper tool but sometimes a tightly applied strip of clothes tape will restore it for awhile.
