chickybabes_1 that is a broken LCD. you will have to replace the LCD. Problem will be to find a replacement. Even if you can find one, it will most likely be more than a new TV. Remove the back from your TV and check the label on the LCD panel. Then do an online search and see what pops up. Sometimes you can find the same model TV with the same LCD display but it may be broken somewhere else. You can then harvest the LCD panel from that.
