Phone will not let me turn it off, on, or reset it. Just keeps flashing on main screen
@margiequail , Margie, Try removing the battery/unplug from your cell phone for 30 seconds, reinsert the battery, assemble phone, see if it will power on properly. If still not powering on properyl you may have to do a Hard reset. My phone has a built in battery but it keep blinking
Having the same or similar issue wen I press power button it blink on then off. It does not have a removable battery
This phone has a built in battery, i suspect this issue is a firmware issue. Acaltel has bricked the phone so you can buy new one.
