Chosen Solution
Just replaced my digitizer for iPad mini 1 but only the home button seems to work. The touch doesn’t seem to respond. It was originally for iPad mini 2 (new bought). I haven’t taken off the tapes to close the iPad yet. Any ideas?
Hello. Try reconnecting the flex cables and see if it works. Otherwise check the cables for damage and sharp bends etc. If you can’t get it to work then get a refund and buy a different digitiser.
