I had replace the Lightning Connector Assembly and 2-3 days after, the home button is doesn’t work no click and return, no Touch ID function and the phone show me ‘can’t using touch id on this iPhone’ when I turn on the phone

is the problem from a bad lightning connector assembly or other reason?

Sometimes the ribbon cable on the display can get damaged. Open it up, check the ribbon cables on the screen to make sure they’re not torn or creased. You can order a replacement display if this cable is bad. If you don’t see any physical damage, try a new screen. Sometimes the damage is too small to see.
