need to repace pronge, so i need to replace mother board, please help with instructions. dont want to loose information already on phone, how to save everthing?
@ukaperson, karen, ZTE N817 Smartphone mother board dead. Have you had the phone already looked at by a good cell phone repair shop, if not you should have a good local shop have a look, diagnose and estimate the repair if they say it can be done with out loosing all your information((make that clear to them)). If the info. is really important and it is on internal memory of the phone, you will want to contact a good professional data recovery service.
