Is there any way of upgrading my dell xps 13.3 9350 to make the hinge 360 degrees? After spending nearly 2k at the start of the year I am pretty frustrated that I purchased before this feature was added. Is there any way of adding the new hinge to the 9350?

No. That really is never possible. Unless you where a really good 3D modeler with a large enough 3D printer. If you really got have 2-in-1, sell it and get a different one.
