I have a Kenmore Elite HE3t washer model 11044932200 that isn’t getting up to a high speed spin on any of the washing cycles. It only gets to high speed on the drain/spin cycle. There are no codes at the end of the washing cycle. I’ve already opened the filter for the drain pump and didn’t see anything clogging. Running it through a diagnostic cycle, the washer drains quickly. I watched a load go through the rinse and drain/spin cycles. It appears that it can get a load balanced and spinning at low speed without shaking but for some reason, decides to stop and try to rebalance. I checked around the rubber ring and there’s nothing in there to obstruct spinning either. After the washing load finishes, the clothes are very wet. When I put it on Drain/Spin cycle, it spins at high speed, drains, and the clothes are just slightly damp at the end, as expected. Also note that the motor was replaced a little over a year ago, and the drum & seal was replaced about 5 years ago. Thanks for any suggestions that might help me zero in on the problem!
Cause 1 Drive Belt Inspect the drive belt to determine if it is broken or if it is loose on the pulleys. If the drive belt is broken or loose, replace it.
