Sorry for asking another question so soon, but I told y’all I was paranoid, haha~ Saw these small marks/dots on my new mat, and was wondering if that will affect its ESD protection? Kinda looks like tiny burn spots. I emailed support, but remembered it’s Saturday, so they won’t be getting back to me until Monday, and I would like to be able to start working on my things!
You should see what my mat looks like after awhile! Your mat is still good! I’m sure you’ll push holes into it burn it spill glue or paint on it. The effectiveness will of course degrade over time but the cleaner the surface the better!
