Hey, Can someone please help in identifying the part on the motherboard backside, near battery connector ( circled in Green)? It looks like a small cushion/ pad. Mid2012 MBP

The first part is just a foam block which helps in stabilizing the logic board. Under it is a chip U6400 which is part of the headset jack for the microphone services.
