Update (09/27/2022) I think I found the solution

am I right ??

I just fixed the problem by replacing the burned diode and now its charging fine thanks

Hi @nisoo7 You may have to get technical with a DMM (digital multimeter). Here’s the schematic for the motherboard. Initially go to p.4 and p.5 to see how the battery is charged. There are other sections in the schematic that go into more detail about the charging circuit and how it works Hopefully a start. Update (09/27/2022) Hi @nisoo7, It looks like it but there may also be a reason why this happened, rather than just component failure, as this may be just a symptom of the problem and not the cause, if you get what I mean. Looking at p.57 of the schematic it seems to be a double diode used as a voltage protection device which is connected to pin 1 of the DC-In connector. (see image below) It may be that there is/was a problem with the original charger that caused this but maybe not. The component is a PESD5V0U2BT (SOT23-3 package) (supplier example only) so if you’re ordering one, perhaps get 2-3 just in case the same occurs with the replacement component.
